TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Scope of service provision

  • Service Japan provides elderly care services at home & hospital, along with other support services (cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc.) according to customer needs.
  • Current service area: Within Ho Chi Minh City (Please contact Service Japan for detailed consultation.).

2. Terms of Service

  • Service hours and minimum booking duration: Please contact Service Japan for detailed consultation.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate information (address, phone number, health status of the person receiving care, etc.).
  • Customers please do not give additional money or gifts to staff if this amount is not within the purpose and scope of the service fee previously agreed upon by the company and the Customer.
  • Any arising outside the contract (if any) must be done through the company to ensure transparency, fairness and the rights of the Customer.

3. Commitment to service quality

  • All employees are carefully selected and trained according to company regulations.
  • Staff are professional, punctual, dedicated and respectful of customers.
  • The service always puts customer’s Peace of Mind and Trust as core values.

4. Customer rights

  • Served by professionally trained and periodically assessed staff.
  • The company guarantees privacy and security of personal information.
  • Receive quick and transparent feedback and complaint handling.
  • Have the right to request a change of caregiver if you feel it is not suitable.

5. Customer responsibilities

  • Pay in full and on time as prescribed.
  • Respect the caregiver and do not ask for anything outside the scope of service promised.
  • Prompt notification of any changes in appointment schedules or health status of the person receiving care.

6. Security & Privacy Policy

  • Service Japan absolutely keeps customers’ personal information and medical information confidential.
  • All transactions and payments are stored transparently and can be compared when needed.
  • The company has an emergency incident handling procedure to ensure customer safety.

7. Service Japan's commitment

  • Provide services with stable quality, professionalism, as agreed.
  • Always listen and improve services based on customer feedback.
  • Accompanying families in bringing safe, comfortable and secure life to loved ones.
  • The Company commits that all care staff will not receive any additional money, gifts or benefits other than the service fee agreed upon in the Contract.
